Matching a plain button-up shirt (white in this case) with any type of floral print is a sure fire way to stay on point. I happen to use my Italian dress shoes to step the notch up, however boat shoes, casual slip ons and even a pair of TOMS or Soludos would work!
You can still find floral shorts for a great deal on many online stores, just use them for your winter travels or save until next year! Crispy button ups are always available, this one from Zara is textured and heavier for the fall season. You can find similar here.
