Why everyone looking to improve their self discipline, money, career, confidence, or outlook on life should listen to Grant Cardone.

‘My friend asked if I want to join him to a dolphins game. ‘No I don’t go to football games. I don’t want to be in the stands I want to be on the field.’
– Grant Cardone

Brash, confident, determined, enthusiastic, smart, focused, rich, successful, and willing to help.

‘this will keep going, it ’ll get more lucrative than I will save’

Grant gives a no-nonsense approach to achieving wealth, satisfaction and opportunity.

I recently started listening to Grant and along with many of his fans started to  refer to him as Uncle G.

I’m sure many of us would have loved to have a Dad or Uncle determined to help us on a path to success. Pushing us out of our comfort zone to save money, increase income, and limit the alcohol, parties and excess.

For those of us raised in less than ideal circumstances, we all have a crossroads in life. One in which we end up deciding if we will continue with the norm or do everything we can to break out of it. I’ve always chosen the second option.

Modeling was phenomenal. I lived between New York, LA and Europe for 10 years. I traveled all over the world, worked with incredible people and had the time of my life. By the time I was 27, I had been to more places that most will in their lifetime. In fact I lived in more places than 99.9% of the world ever will.

‘contentment comes from a sense of purpose, fulfilling friendships that inspire you to grow’

Yet I never focused on saving money.

I always put it off, ‘this will keep going, it ’ll get more lucrative than I will save,’ were excuses I’d tell myself. Yet, later kept coming and I kept spending. Like any business there are ebbs and flows, tides and seasons, and we can still learn to conserve during these times.

Uncle G is a force of good pushing us to save our money, ‘live broke,’ and get prepared by looking around for the opportunities you want in the future. Study them now.

Before Uncle G even owned one apartment he was around and about looking at buildings to purchase. He learned the market, then when he was ready he was more than prepared.

‘Grant Cardone supports all of us in the discipline it takes to step away from the crowd’

Our culture promotes spending, partying, clubbing, expensive vacations, buying clothes, coffee, cars and putting it all on credit. We’ve lost our sense of inherent worthiness and now spend money to show that we are special.

You’ve probably heard each of us are true miracles to have even been born at this time, to read this post, not to mention the chance of your parents actually meeting and having a kid… yet here we are.
We don’t feel noticed, appreciated, or special on our own so we reach for outer approval which feeds the consumer mindset.

Ultimate joy and contentment don’t come from the world knowing who you are, praising your talents, or exposing your everyday move.
Joy and contentment come from a sense of purpose, fulfilling friendships that inspire you to grow (not get worse), a sense of wonder in the everyday, a level of activity, movement, fitness and the daily achievement of a worthwhile goal.

Uncle G supports all of us in the discipline it takes to step away from the crowd, 10x our mindset and action, save money, master (not just learning) before doing when it comes to investing money, and holding those around you to be accountable.

The best thing about it is Grant has lived it. He did it himself, chose the hard path and is out in front now. A real testament to the possibility of a 10X determined effort.

Proud to call him Uncle G ?
